Hi everyone, I am at a loss here. I have been trying to set up this printer: Toshiba e studio 2330C And I can get it to print fine from Windows (parallels) but I can't get it to print from the OS X side. I think it has something to do with the fact that I don't get an option to enter my department code (5 digit number so admins can keep track of our printing). We have no admins here (I'm the best we got) and I don't know what to try. Best photo editing software for mac beginners software. After installing the driver go into an app like notes or Word open or create a new document. Choose to print it and when the dialog comes up click 'copier and pages' then choose 'print mode'. You will see 'department code' click the check mark area to save then type in your code. (I have not been able to save the code on one machine but it does on others. I have no idea what the models are as they are not my computers but staff that works with me - however just to be able to print is good - think you have to save the preset for it to keep the code possibly -look at the screen shot attached). You will not be able to print unless you do it this way. Sorry the file is irritating to look at.
